I write for myself If others like it all the better but if the song doesn't move me as the writer then I doubt it will move you or anyone else. In the end all that really matters is that the song represents honest and artful expression. People may never know my music and that's okay as long as the music I make is mine! Songwriting is something I feel compelled to do. Is it a curse or blessing? I really don't know. Maybe its a little of both.
