Story Behind The Song
I wrote this after my eldest sister died while I was on holiday. I had seen her two weeks before I went away and my last memory is of her laughing at something silly that I had said. I had told her that I would see her the Saturday after I returned. She died the day before I returned.

Lyrics
§Live for the moment live for the day,
One-day time may be stolen when you are called away.
And in case you never pass this way again,
Make sure you've seen more sun than rain.
In case you don't get another chance to say hello
To those you love and those you've come to know,
Although it's true life brings its share of pain,
Make sure you've seen more sun than rain.
There are shadowy places where sunshine disappears
Then darkness falls and cloaks us with our fears.
Memories bring joy until no sadness remains,
Once more you'll see more sun than rain.
Live for the moment live for the day,
One-day time may be stolen when you are called away.
And in case you never pass this way again,
Make sure you've seen more sun than rain.
A rainbow will form an arch across the sky,
Smiles will replace the tears you cry
Clouds will clear and hope will come again
Once more you'll see more sun than rain.
In case you don't get another chance to say hello
To those you love and those you've come to know,
Although it's true life brings its share of pain,
Make sure you've seen more sun than rain.
Live for the moment live for the day,
One-day time may be stolen when you are called away.
And in case you never pass this way again,
Make sure you've seen more sun than rain.
Make sure you've seen more sun than rain.
Make sure you've seen more sun than rain.
