I write and co-write lyrics for a variety of genres. I love to experiment. If I haven't done it yet I want to try. My best song is always going to be my next one. As I write lyrics I 'hear' the melody. As I am not a musician, do not read music, and do not play an instrument and don't sing very well I then collaborate with very talented vocalists and have a very gifted music director who plays many instruments and is a singer/songwriter himself and who arranges, records and produces my songs. I also co-write with him.

I am writing the lyrics and composing the melodies to my 25th collection of songs. I love the fact that I have managed to write songs for a variety of genres. Songs for children, country, ballads, easy listening, folk, gospel, Irish, pop, romantic, tribute. I am so lucky to have the vocalists that record my songs. Without them and my music producer my songs would just be words on paper and tunes in my head.
