It has a very retro almost satirical sound in this cover song. I can't be sure if this is is meant to be a straight song submission or meant to send up old style music. The voice is probably better than it sounds in this song. It is surprising and non traditional in so far that most covers tend to update the song rather than parody it.

The singer has a beautiful voice and delivers a breathy performance, which gives the listener the impression of being in a dream. I enjoyed the strings, which capture attention from the first introduction of the song. Nice re-make of a cover.
