Story Behind The Song
the band was just forming and this idea of 'gospel eyes' had been thrown out by John. One night at practice we started jamming out a bit and the musical bones got formed. We had shelved it for a bit for other tunes and came back to it as the Gospel Gumbo album was coming together. IT is a fun tune and we love playing it!
