Story Behind The Song
This song is actually a three generation creation. My daughter, Mandy, texted me and said that she would like to co-write a song with me titled "Jesus, I Trust In You". I agreed to start thinking about it, so Mandy mentioned it to her 10 year old daughter, Chantal, who was eager to join in. The two of them then came up with some ideas for the lyrics that they forwarded to me. I added some of my own ideas and fleshed them out so that they would fit the tune that I came up with. Over all, we feel that the the final lyrics and melody were inspired by a fourth contributor, The Holy Spirit.
