Bernie, Thanks so much... I really appreciate the kind words... Yeah, I'm pretty proud of Mouse... I am always up for a collaboration, but for the most part, I work with an engineer in Nashville and we collaborate on the music and the production. After I write the lyrics, Michael creates the music at my direction, hires the singers and records my songs for me... Soooo much fun!!! I have been crazy busy with a lot of different things and I will get to your Broadjam page and have a listen as soon as I get some time to relax and take your stuff in!!! Craig, I thought you might like to know... I got some really great news... I just wanted to share some pretty amazing news! The founder and CEO of Broadjam.com and VRY Music Publishing, Roy Elkins, heard 6 songs on my Broadjam profile and accepted them all for a licensing opportunity... But the really good news is that he offered me a publishing contract from my entire catalog of songs on Broadjam... My mentor in LA Andrea Stanley, who has been in the business for 40 years or more, knows Roy personally and thinks he's just one incredible standup guy with a zillion big-time connections in the music industry... I also called my cousin Doug of Creedence fame to see if he knew anything about Roy and even though he does not know Roy, he knows of him and gave the whole deal an enthusiastic thumbs up... Anyway, I should be signing the deal within a week or so and I thought you might want to know!!! And yes, let's talk about collaborating, I've got several songs that need to be recorded with new music and possible lyric edits... So let me know if you're still interested... Steven
