Lyrics
Highway 100 is a boss bitch street
All the immigrants who come down to eat and sing
All the made in the USA boys who come down to compete and win
The snake charmers, MSG farmers, drag racing
The business of getting by on almost nothing
I don't think about you much these days
But today I was down on Highway 100
I'll tell you what's mythical, I'll tell you what's magical
You with your sleeves rolled up
Elbows propped on the window sill, waiting for me
Highway 100 is a kick ass street
All the angels down on their knees when the fleet is in
All the yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah queens who come down to compete and win
The AC repairmen, hot shot state fair men, drag racing
The business of getting by on almost nothing
I don't think about you much these days
But today I was down on Highway 100
I'll tell you what's mythical, I'll tell you what's magical
You with your sleeves rolled up
Elbows propped on the window sill, waiting for me
