I was born in a pit of scum, forgotten by God. Dumped on the mean streets of Chicago's southside, the only thing I was blessed with was life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Easier said than done. My life has been jeopardized, my liberty has been tainted, and my happiness has been elusive. I kept my notes and held them close, but still have not seen the full picture. I saw my own death in a dream once, it made me feel better. It made me realize that knowing is nothing and being is meaningless. But I'm not goin' out without a fight. Remember, A man with nothing has nothing to lose. But I got nobody in my corner. I write, compose, and arrange my own music (four years of inner city piano lessons didn't hurt).
