Story Behind The Song

I wrote this song during a difficult time when i was not getting along with my father...I was so angry and decided instead of writing about how mad i was, i would write about forgiveness... so this is the song that emerged- also inspired by the concept that you can't create peace in the world until you go back and make peace with your biological family...

this is a deep, moving song about forgiveness, faith, self-acceptance, and peace...it inspires the listener to accept themselves and let go of the sadness that may be holding them back from their dreams...and that no matter how many times you fall, you can get back up again...it brings in nature imagery and references the challenging times we live in, reminding us that creating peace in this world begins with creating peace within the family..having faith and the power of forgiveness to turn the world around!
