Story Behind The Song
The stunning Kettle Moraine is a strip of beautiful glacial land forms which extend through southeastern Wisconsin, the birth place of the Ice Age trail. The Kettle Moraine was formed by the combined action and deposits of two immense lobes of the continental ice sheet: the Green Bay and Lake Michigan lobes. Along the trail there are crystal lakes, oak savannas and ancient Native American effigy mounds.
