I sat down to do some fingerpicking on my Martin and the phrase "forgive yourself" came to me. I thought about someone I know whose regret for past actions seemed to wear on him and his face. It dawned on me that we've all done things we regret and somehow we need to learn from them and be able to forgive ourselves.
