Story Behind The Song
I met someone who spoke to me about his "functional" relationship and I started thinking about all the reasons people choose or stay with partners. What if you thought outside the box and allowed yourself to think it possible that you could "have it all?" Then this song presented itself in my psyche and I merely gave in to the muse. Again, Bill Bentley arranged it so I could sing in my favorite light jazzy style.
